How fast do you reply?
We aim to reply the same working day, Monday to Friday, Vilnius time. Messages sent at the weekend are answered from Monday.
Which languages can I write in?
English or Lithuanian.
How do I pay for an app?
Through Shopify. The charge appears on your Shopify bill, and you can change or cancel the plan from the app at any time.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
The app stops working for your store and your store's data is deleted as Shopify requires after uninstall. Details are in each app's privacy policy.
Do you build apps or features to order?
We build features that help many stores. If your idea could help others too, tell us. It may end up in an app.
I found a bug. What should I send?
The store address, what you clicked, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot.
