Tracking
Statuses sync from the carriers every 3, 6 or 12 hours, or when you press refresh. Problems show up in one place.
Pickup reminders
If a parcel waits in the locker, the buyer gets a reminder in their language. Off unless you switch it on.
Returns portal
Buyers request a return or withdrawal online and get a confirmation email straight away, as EU rules expect.
Cash on delivery
The amount fills in from the order. Once the parcel is collected, the order is marked paid. You can turn that off.
Shopify Flow
Four triggers: label created, parcel waiting, delivered and problem. Tag orders or alert your team automatically.
Setup check
Reads your markets, shipping options and translations and tells you exactly what to fix.
Carriers
You connect your own contract with each carrier. Lockership never ships through someone else's account.

Pricing
Billed through Shopify. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Return labels, tracking and the locker picker never count towards the limit. Current prices are always on lockership.com/pricing.
