This policy covers the kadsoapps.com website. Each app has its own privacy policy for the store data it handles; Lockership's is at lockership.com/privacy.

What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email, optional store address, topic and message. We use them only to reply to you.
- Emails you send us. Kept in our mailbox so we can follow the conversation.
- Technical logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request details to deliver and protect the site. We use the IP address briefly to limit how many messages one address can send.
The site sets no cookies, has no analytics and no advertising trackers, and loads nothing from other websites.
Legal basis
Answering your message is in our legitimate interest and in yours (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or a step before a contract if you ask about using an app (Art. 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are stored for 180 days and then deleted automatically. Email conversations are kept only as long as needed to help you.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, storage of form messages and sending the form to our inbox.
- Google (Google Workspace): our email inbox.
These providers may process data outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email support@kadsoapps.com. You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
